The Action of FITESTEN

The mucous membrane lines the walls of gastrointestinal tract along its entire length. The mucous membrane has a very important function: it forms a protective layer that prevents the corrosive effect of hydrochloric acid and other digestive ferments which are parts of gastric juice. If the secretion of mucus is destroyed, the mucous membrane rehabilitates itself poorly, and the hydrochloric acid begins to eat away the stomach wall causing its injury. A person feels burning (heartburn), later gastritis and ulcer develop.

  • Fitesten promotes the stimulation of protective factors of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum.
  • Fitesten promotes the secretion of mucus in the stomach, helps form a protective layer on the wall of the stomach and protects it from a corrosive effect of the hydrochloric acid which is in the gastric juice.
  • Fitesten improves microcirculation in tissues of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum contributing to the rapid restoration of damaged walls of the stomach.
  • Fitesten activates the healing process and helps restore the damaged mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum.
  • If taking Fitesten regularly, the healing of mucous membrane of the stomach occurs faster.
  • Improving the processes of restoration and healing of the mucous membrane of the stomach wall Fitesten promotes normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
  • Fitesten also has antibacterial properties, it stimulates secretion of immunoglobulin A(IgA), and other factors of immunity, it increases the protective capacity of the organism against bacteria and oxidative processes(ox-stress)
